Our mission in Pakistan 
​

 We use the power of sports and education to empower, engage and include women and   Girls in social and cultural activities in rural areas of Pakistan. 

 Development Objective

To foster inter-community and civil society initiatives and thereby contribute to          tolerance and gender equality in Pakistan. 

 Specific Objectives
  • To foster friendship and sports cooperation between children and youth living in divided communities

  • To promote grassroots football and other grassroots sport activities for children and youth, based on voluntarism and parent support 

  • To promote gender equality

  • To build sustainable "Sport For All" platforms in local and rural communities. 

 Target Group 

 - Girls age 10 -18.
 - Female coaches
 - PE Teachers 
​ - Voluntary coaches. 
 - Female football clubs. 
 - Primary education schools. 
 - Community school clubs. 
 - Parents. 
 - Female fitness centers 

 Plans for 2019 - 2022


 Implementation of 50 workshops of a 5 -days duration.
 7,000 girls participation.
 100 female football coaches. 
 100 coach assistants. 
 50 female PE school teachers. 
 1000 parents at workshops. 
 10 zumba instructors.
 10 yoga instructors. 

 Girl Power Schools 
  •  Training of 100 coaches and 50 school teachers in a 3-days workshop. 
     The workshop will cover communication, team building, leadership, mentorship     scouting and group projects. This to use sport as a tool to address the social norms   and social challenges   in society
  •  2 day sport festival which involves football activities, zumba dance, 5k running race   and a cycling race

  • Formation of 10 community football clubs for girls that are organising grass-root    football, zumba, yoga, fitness and cycling activities on a day to day basis for
    a minimum of 3.000 girls
  • Formation of nationwide Girl Power Organisation Network from all over Pakistan

  • Capacity building of Girl Power Schools and an independent network of Girl Power Instructors that can lead and organise workshops & sport events

  • Football, zumba and yoga training in and outside the country for instructors. We plan on educating 20 football, 5 yoga and 5 zumba Instructors

  • 1 team consisting of the best players in the age group of 14, will travel outside
    the country for participating in a football tournament and exchange program, which takes place in South Asia


  • Local school football tournaments

  • 50 Workshops for players

  • 10 online leadership council with duration of 5 sessions will be leaded by professional experienced International and local leaders for the coaches and P.E teachers

  • We make agreements and partnership with the academies and club federations around the world to host our girl's teams for training camps, friendly games, and coaching courses

  • We also provide workshops for parents living in the communities, where we have our activities. This to raise awareness about gender role in the development of communities and the importance of education and sport in women's lives. To educate and promote the importance of a healthy lifestyle

Girl Power Schools in Pakistan

 18 October 2019 Girl Power School took place in one of the rural city's of Karachi         Pakistan. Where women and girls have nearly no opportunity to participate in social       activities and women are facing gender related issues. 

 The event started with the workshop the theme and the topic of the workshop was 
 "Child Marriage" and how to use the power of football to raise awareness to end the   culture where kids are forced to early marriage. The experts were invited at the     workshop to give presentation about side effects of early child marriage on children and   on the society. 

 The participants of the workshops were players and their parents and coaches. After the   workshop the mini- football took place and players where were girls and women from     different age group. 

End of the school the participants got participation certificate and they requested to have more events as such. below are the pictures from the event in Pakistan.
