GIRL POWER IN TURKEY
Girl Power Organised two days of training camp with a workshop for both boys girls age 5 -14 years old who are living in a refugee community in Giresun Turkey. The participants of the training camp were kids from Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran.
During the training camp, two workshops took place, the leadership workshop for coaches & and the team-building workshop for kids which included during and fun games.
The training camp successfully ended with a football match between two groups, and the participants of the workshop received certificates and gifts.
The event was collaborated and powered by Fare Network, KIZLAR SAHADA.
GIRL POWER IN the UK
Girl Power with the collaboration and support of the Street Child United organisation led a workshop and a training camp for the young women from the centre point.
The Centre Point football team members are vulnerable and homeless youth based in London.
The objective of the training camp was to support the team in preparation for their participation in the Street Child Football World cup, which took place in Russia.
GIRL POWER IN MEXICO
Girl Power through the collaboration and support of Street Child United & Casa Alianza organisation managed to organise a one-week football training camp and educational workshops for young vulnerable Girls living in a homeless shelter in Mexico City. Casa Alianza Mexico (FCAM) is an organisation that provides comprehensive care to adolescents between 12 and 18 years old who have been exposed to situations of violence, abuse, invisibility and abandonment. Through its comprehensive care model, FCAM offers street-connected children and young people to enter a residential stage so that they learn to exercise a full, safe and healthy lifestyle for themselves. The objective of the training camp was to provide training for the team and help them in preparation for their attendance in the Street Child World cup.

BERLIN
Girl Power instructors participated at the Fare Network workshop conference. The participants of the event were people from all non-profit organisations from around Europe, who aims to develop and improve social inclusion and integration in Europe.
At the conference, organisations managed to share their experience and knowledge on the field, and how each organisation overcome the cultural and social barriers through using sports for social inclusion.
Girl Power also shared some examples of its work in the field. The conference ended with a networking workshop.
DENMARK
Girl Power started a collaboration with FC Nordsjælland, it’s a danish football club that has both men & women in its structure.
The objective of the collaboration for both organisations is, creating the opportunities, such as participation in social events of the club, festivals, access to football games for asylum seekers living at the Sandholm & Sjællsmark refugee centre.
This year the club organised a grassroots festival where the kids from refugee centres also actively participated. The event ended with a celebration and gifts were handed to participants by the club.
DENMARK
Girl Power with the collaboration of Sandholm refugee centre managed to organise a training camp inside the centre. The training camp included fun football activities and a friendly game.

In 2018 two coaches from Girl Power attended a coaching course led by Erasmus European project.
These wonderful coaches are from Girl Power Hamburg and Girl Power Denmark.
